Biography
Robert E. Marks, RN, MBA, CPC joined Pontchartrain Orthopedics and Sports Medicine as the Chief Executive Officer/Practice Administrator in August of 2014.
Mr. Marks brought years of experience as a registered nurse, hospital executive and healthcare consultant to our practice. He is a certified professional coder and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt.
Mr. Marks is a lifelong resident of the New Orleans area. He earned his BS from Louisiana State University, his RN from Louisiana State University Medical Center and his Executive MBA from the University of New Orleans. He is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, The American Association of Orthopedic Executives and the American Association of Professional Coders.
Mr. Marks leads our team by focusing on operational improvements and building successful teams to ensure that our patients receive the best orthopedic, sports medicine and pain management care available in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area.
